How it works

Introduction

  • Meet the member of the sales team you’ll be working with
  • Ask questions and address expectations so you have a thorough understanding of the homebuilding process

Budget

  • Align your budget with your ‘must-haves’
  • Determine which type of financing is required (if applicable)
  • Find the right lender for you (if applicable)

Location

  • Ensure your home site is ‘buildable’ if building offsite or outside of a Natale Neighborhood or
  • Select a desirable home site within a Natale Neighborhood
  • Consider direction of home, garage orientation, etc. when making your selection

Plan Selection

  • Meet the Architectural Designer to begin designing your home from scratch or
  • Select a plan from the Natale Neighborhoods archive and determine necessary modifications
  • Review your home’s specifications, included features and available investments
  • Sign a contract to commence the drafting of your floor plans

Pre-Construction Meeting

  • Meet the Project Manager and Interior Designer who will work with you during the construction and design phases
  • Review and approve your floor plan Selections

Selections

  • Work with our Interior Designer to select all exterior and interior finishes

Move In

  • Tour your home once building has concluded
  • Close on your home once all contingencies have been satisfied
